I, Tiffany Lightsey-Williams, was raised in a loving home in South Florida, where it was instilled in me to go to school, get an education, find a great job and Eventually retire. The common belief was this was the way of the world and how you should live.  Entrepreneurship was a foreign word in my family and definitely not an encouraged career to follow. Why? FEAR!!!

My professional background consists of 15+ years in Finance, Accounting and Operational Management.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, and a Master’s of Business Administration.   Trust me, I’m good on paper, Honey but I’m even better at helping you SUCCEED!!!

My career path has taken me into various business arenas and I have gained an abundance of knowledge on my professional journey.
